Stretching, all directions. Downward mostly.
Wet Jelquing:
10-15 reps, rest and reheat with washcloth.
repeat 3-5 times.
Brief Stretch, Apply Heat with Washcloth…
Twice per week use Pro Extender Traction for about 20-30 minutes, or until uncomfortable.
