Swe_jo's Routine
Have been trying about everything except the newbie routine. Today it is from day to day, because of privacy problems with a pregnant girlfriend at home. Until now I have mostly been hanging, but when I hit a plateau and my EL never got above an 7-8 I read about the TGC theory. So last week I started with mostly Uli’s and double Uli’s. So I can’t really follow a strict routine.
A split routine with manuall stretching (or hanging) in the morning and Uli’s (or clamping) in the evening, is what I really is aiming for… but this is far from always reached. I try to be as consistant as I can.
