Great starting stats. Since you mentioned L Arginine, and that, I’ve noticed an inch of difference between bpel or nbpel,(and please, don’t take this as a slight and there is variation of fat pad no matter how fit a person is), try incorporating cardio and supplements that convert fat into energy. That may help may reduce the bpel and nbpel difference, which can only help with the aesthetic of the penis and physiological effects derived from longer visible penis. Great stats and good luck.

Yes, I completely agree with you. I will try my best to get rid of this overweight heard 30lb = 1” of fat pad so currently I’m at 205 with 5’10”, so yeah, I can do without those 30 pounds. I’ts just hard for me, just as PE we want immediate results, got to work on that mentality too.

Edge for aprox. 25 min and used the weights for like 1hr, I’m really enyoing it.

30lbs doesn’t equal 1” of fat pad. I have gained and lost 30lbs as I am fairly lean and bodybuild. My fat pad remains virtually unchanged by my weight.

Same size fat pad. I was never obese or anything though that may be different.

Weight and its relation to fat pad really depend on genetics. We all store fat differently. When I started “bulking” I had a fat pad of between .25” and .375”. The first five pounds of weight I put on were all fat and unfortunately my body only stores fat in the lower portion of my torso. That resulted in my fat pad sky rocketing up to about an inch. I’ve put on another 10-15 lbs since then and now my fat pad is around 0.875”.
I know some guys who can put on 10 lbs of fat and their fat pad won’t change at all because the store fat in their extremities or upper torso. It’s all a game of genetics.

But losing 15-20 lbs would put you in a much healthier range and if you have a high body fat would likely eat away at quite a bit of that fat pad.

About how lean were you when your fat pad was around .375? I plan on stopping my cut at 10% bodyfat. Mainly to have a visible outline of abs without flexing. Maybe at that point mine will be smaller but I will note any changes to it in my log and here since we are talking about it. In good lighting I can already see the outline of my abs unflexed but I want it visible in all lighting.

When I started my bulk I was at 10-11% abs were visible all the time, arms and legs had crazy vascularity and some striations.
Currently I’m at 16-17% and my abs are not visible unless I’m starved and dehydrated, but I still have strong definition and vascularity in my extremities.
But you may store fat different. Here are a few examples:
My PL coach is 13% body fat. He has visible abs and muscle definition on his entire body at all times, but no crazy vascularity or striations. He stores body fat pretty much equally throughout his entire body.
My diet coach is 12% body fat. His abs look completely ripped at all times, but at 15% body fat they were visible at all times. His extremities have good definition but his pecs and upper back look soft. He stores body fat in his upper torso.

So for you it really just depends on where you store fat. A certain %bf will look different on everyone.

Warm up with a coffee cup. Completed all sets without problems EQ was better on upper jelq set than yesterday.
Edge for aprox. 25 min and lost also had sex finished with the GF.

Wore the little weight almost all morning love the stretch it gives.

It’s the most common way people store fat I believe. Unfortunately that means if your high body fat 20%+ then losing weight won’t result in a very dramatic change to your fat pad until your going down into the low teens in body fat which is quite a bit of work.
