Swerv's Routine

I do about 200 jelqs a day, day on day off, as per the Newbie Routine”. I usually warm up with a wet cloth, start with five 30 second manual stretches, then the jelqs (overhand) then a few kegels.

I plan to keep going with the Newbie Routine, then try some other stretches and maybe even some hanging (damn that sounds sore).

I have previous experience of kegels, on and off for about two years (since my mate told me the technique) and recently have been able to explode (when ejaculating) and get some really hard deep feeling orgasms. Kegel if nothing else there is no excuse!
