I’m starting extending progress log from today. I plan to extend each day at least 6 hours or more. Also I plan to do jelqing and streching before extending. I will be using homemade extender. I will use 600g force(tension) but I’m thing to start even lower than 600g.

If anyone has some advice let me know.

I can show you but it’s just swim cap cutted on 4x8” dimension. Than you roll on that cutted part of swim cap on pipe and than you roll off.. Just text “swim cap hanger” and you will find info how to create.

I’m testing it still and it looks promising. Today I extended 90 minutes without brake and I haven’t created any damage on glans or on shaft.

You need to try it.

What are your starting stats? This would be a good place to keep track of that along with your routine. I’ve ordered some things from aliexpress and hope to be doing a similar routine next month. Eventually I’ll get back to 8x6 and cement it. Best of luck!

Day 3- 4,5h ;600g

Day 4- jelq 10 mins

Day 5- nothing

Day 6- 6h ;600g;10 min jelq

Great! Mine goal is also that in long term. But I’m not sure about 6” girth maybe 5,75”.What’s your strategy?

Right now I’ve been playing with pumping (~10 minute sessions cycling the vacuum up to 10 inches and then releasing after about 30 seconds) the last week plus and a few jelqs thrown in. My plan going forward is to figure out some kind of extender that can be worn for several hours per day in combination with pumping. I’m sure it will include additional things but that has not been determined at this point. When I first joined this site I was 6.5 BPEL x 5.25 and a few weeks ago I was about 7.25 x 5.75 after many years without any significant PE.
