Swiss progress
Hi everyone,
I’m a total newbie here. I’m still reading and learning as much as I can to finally begin my journey.
I’m currently sitting at 5.9 NBPEL and around 4.3 MEG
My goal is at 7 NBPEL (so not that much to gain) and 5.5 or 6 MEG (which is harder to get if I understand correctly ?). I see PE like bodybuilding, it takes time and dedication to get the result but I’m willing to put the work.
What kind of routine would you recommend for a complete beginner focusing on girth gains ?
