Hi everyone,

I’m a total newbie here. I’m still reading and learning as much as I can to finally begin my journey.
I’m currently sitting at 5.9 NBPEL and around 4.3 MEG

My goal is at 7 NBPEL (so not that much to gain) and 5.5 or 6 MEG (which is harder to get if I understand correctly ?). I see PE like bodybuilding, it takes time and dedication to get the result but I’m willing to put the work.
What kind of routine would you recommend for a complete beginner focusing on girth gains ?

Personally I think Newbie routine will be great for you. Need some time to adapt your unit, after that you can doing girth exercises like Uli3, clamping, pumping and other. If you are consistent I think you’ll achieve your goals. Enjoy your PE.

I would also start with the newbie routine first. Then you get to know the whole topic first. Use this time to read up here, then you will soon develop your own program, even if there will be some wrong ways.

Agree with the others, start with the newbie routine. Manual exercises will give you an opportunity to get to know your unit and how you respond. Many people have had great results with manual only. I had only used manual techniques until recently (last week) where I began pumping. Dive into the various threads here and take it slow. Avoid the temptation to increase intensity too quickly and use heat whenever you can. Good luck!

I’ve been playing around with different exercices to see what I like and what I don’t.
I’ve been doing a mix of JP90 and beginner routine :

5-10 minutes warmup.
The JP90 stretches
50 wet or dry jelq
5-10 ULI
50 jelq
5-10 uli
50 jelq
5-10 uli
50 jelq
5-10 uli

What do you think?

Everything feel good except the jelq where I’m not sure if I’m doing it right (tonight was a disaster, I went to 80% erection, did 3-4 jelq and then I went down to 40% erection immediately. Go back to 80 with a little masturbation, 3-4 jelq and immediately down to 40. After around 100 jelq at this rate I said ok it’s not my night, tomorrow will be better).
Are you supposed to clamp your dick very tight while jelqing?
