Tbone22's Routine
I hang 10 lbs for 2-3 30 minute sets 2 to 3 times a week. I also use my vacu hanger to manual stretch for 2 , 60 minute sets 3-4 days a week. during this I use it like an ADS with a strap as far down my leg as possible. I the sit in my recliner with my leg stretched out and a heating pad in my lap. I clamp with 2 clamps for 1-3 sets of 10 minutes 3 times a week. I kegel alot and jelq every day in the shower.
