My primary exercise or Inflammation method is full package pumping and I am looking to increase the general size and hang of my cock and balls. I edge for a while after my sessions and wear a cock ring, or or cock coil when the ring becomes too uncomfortable or on rest days. I wear both devices around the full package or behind the balls to keep everything hanging low in an elongated and engorged state as long as I can manage. I have and may, of if I can keep skin irritation under better control than I have been able to lately, worn coils around just the balls to stretch them lower.

I am currently doing 2 to 3, forty five minute to hour long sessions at -4hg, with random rest days when I feel they are required, either do to logistical complications (work, family) skin irritation or negative indicators, like poor erections quality or poor expansion of the penis on the tube. I have less of a routine, than just a drive to be pumping and wearing a stayer as much as I can, or as long as it is feeling good.
