Tentpole's Routine
Warm up 5 mins
4 sets of Stretches - each set 2 mins (30 secs each of out/down/right/left)
(equiv of 2 sets left-handed, 2 sets right-handed)
300-500 dry jelqs alternating left and right
Jes Extender worn on other days when able to - approximately x2 days/week
On those days, currently 1 or 2 sessions @ 1.75 hours
On non-
PE days I often wear a plastic glans cap, under the foreskin to keep it from tightening due to the dry jelqing
