Hi,

After semi stelthing and reading forums, i finally chose to create my own progress thread - to look back at what i have done and how am i doing over the years. This is solly for me, but everyone is welcome to leave their feedback or comment.

Since everyone says - “You will regret that you don’t have starting pics”, I am considering to do them as well :)

As of my gains so far, mainly NBPFSL (5.1 to 5.5), I had larger EL than FSL. Now it’s turned around - hopefully identical, but i have not measured precisely yet.

Today I measured, turns out I did reach my first goal of 5.5 NBPEL, but… Did the BPEL measurement and it was same at 6.3 Inches. Seems like I have lost some weight :D Nevertheless, goal is a goal. For future measurements I will be using BPEL.
And seems like my FSL is now identical to EL. (0.2 gained and the ligs are way looser than when I started)

Today I tried DLS stretching routine, I got to say, the added directions felt more tighter.

So, in general, what should I be doing after 3-6 months of PE? I want to make sure I’m not heading the wrong way.
For last 3 months I have been going steady from 7.5 minutes stretching and 70 jelqs to 17.5 minutes of stretching and 150 jelqs.

I think it’s mainly personal preference but I never measure jelqing in number of jelqs, I measure the time I spent jelqing.

I find that it’s easier to relax and just watch some youtube for 5-10 mins while jelqing than if I was counting every jelq.

Also, something I never realized when I first started: there’s a section in the members only forum for “Progress reports and pictures” if you want to be more discreet in case you decide to post pictures of yourself :p


Start: ~7.5" BPEL, ~5.5" MSEG

Now: 8.5" BPEL, (9" BPFSL), 6" MSEG

Goal: 9.0" BPEL, 8.5" NBPEL, 6.5" MSEG

I see, but.. Wouldn’t that be a big difference if we compared jelq time to jelq count ?For example, let’s say you did 10 minutes of jelqing, in reality, you spent some time preparing for another jelq stroke, like moving you hand down, maintaining erection, browsing internet and so on?

I cannot and will not go by jelq time ever. I only do 30 dry jelqs and that is enough for me. I have experimented up to 60 jelqs and spent most of the time doing 40, but 30 is optimum for me. Each one lasts about 6-7 seconds. Anything over 30 jelqs affects my eq negatively. Just 10 jelqs too many does that to me. Take that into consideration and decide for yourself.

Same for manual stretching. I have experimented with stretch numbers and anything over 17 x 30 sec pulls drives me into overtraining. Just 2 or 3 stretches too many will do that to me. We are all different but this gives you something to think about. Of course with more time the numbers will change but I will always count the exact number of reps.


7-20-16: BP: 7.63 NBP 6.75 x 5.75

3-22-17: BP: 8.44 NBP 7.56 x 5.75

Today did more intense work. I pulled so hard that I could feel every stretch in my ligaments. Not sure If I got accustomed to the previous intensity or I lowered it unconsciously over time.

Post workout - after like 8 hours my ligaments feel sore when having an erection and doing hard reverse kegel for maximum erection or when bending my dick parallel to the ground (I have very high erection angle).
And even a little sense of awareness in the ligs when im flacid, not sure how I can call it really. It’s not tingling, aching, maybe small fatigue!?

In 2017 I’m planning to take a month off.

Sometimes when I get a really good lig session in I will feel a dull tenderness afterwards. There has been times that is has lasted right into the next day. This is complety normal. As long as you can tell the difference between tenderness/fatigue and pain you will be all good. For me it’s not usually associated with getting an erection though. It’s just a little tender if I push on the fat pad area. Just remember. Pain is bad!

There are guys that hang that actually strive to have a constant tendernss/fatigue in their ligs.
