I began on 17th May 2018 at 7 5/8” Iength and a 6 1/4” base girth and roughIy 5” fIaccid.

I haven”t measured erect as yet, but I measured my fIaccid the other day and it was 6” bang on.

My diet is meat, pasta and some vegetabIes. No junk or candy and one coffee a day.

I’ve done PE very intermittently for the past decade. Saw some solid gains when I was doing a combination of stretching, jelqing, and using the Phallosan Forte. I quit for a few years because I was in a fulfilling relationship and busy. After that fell apart, I decided to get back into it. I was seeing great EQ gains from a combination of stretching, jelqing, and bathmate. Then they reversed and my EQ plummeted. I think I have some form of PIED, stress, diet, and pelvic floor imbalance also being big factors. The past 3 months I’ve been slowly progressing on stretching, jelqing, and bathmate. Little to no results this time.

I’m not desperate, but I would love to maximize my EQ. Found this thread by accident through the gym. Very glad I did. I’ve always been scared of injury with other forms of PE, and even had a urethral tear (I think). I’m going all AM for at least 90 days to see what happens.

I could not keep an erection for the life of me during my first AM session yesterday. But I still managed to complete around 10 minutes. It made me super horny and I came afterwards. One of the most intense orgasms I’ve had in a while. I’m shitting you not, after one crappy session.. My guy was more veiny than I’ve ever seen it and a better color. Woke up this morning with an ok morning wood (I get those now and then), but when I whipped it out to go pee.. While it wasn’t as veiny as last night, it was still much veinier than normal. I have a big update. The script for my next video is almost complete. I should begin filming and be finished by this coming Monday. This last portion of my routine was an enormous contributor to my gains. In the video, I will be addressing ways to exercise that boost capillary bed formation along with various topics I will fully flesh out in later videos.

- EQ: Very sad. **insert manly ninja tears** On a scale from 1 to 10, I was about a 3 to 4 the whole time.
- Ninja Lessons Learned: I did not get discouraged. Why get down? This is all part of the great dojo of life…the quest for physical mastery continues. I also think what I ate may have contributed to the low EQ. For dinner, I had a “natural” chicken with a sauce, chicken fingers, and overcooked broccoli. Sigh…the life of a ninja is never dull.

I’ve been off for awhile and just read about this method. This could be coincidence, but when I was very young I would do something like this for long periods of time over the period of about a year. It just felt good doing it. Maybe that is why I grew so big and why I’m so thick and long. Bet I will be doing this every day to see if it works.

You know what, I’m in! My past 18 months have not gained me anything, I think an experimental method should be the place to go.

Today I managed 3 sets of burst expansion followed by pyramid rush (30 seconds of BE, then 20 second slow, medium, fast, medium, slow of PR), after 8 minutes under the IR lamp. EQ was pretty bad, especially while my hands were cramping, and I released afterwards. Strongest blast I’ve had in a while, though not intense at all.

The dorsal side of my unit feels pretty sore now, maybe I’m pressing too hard. I had a 2 round set with less extensive warm up yesterday.

I expect my EQ to increase over the next week since that’s what it usually does after re-starting PE again after a decon break. We shall see, good luck everyone!

Stalls suck, I logged a 6 month stint that brought me no measurable gains, sucked. I think I was over pumping.

I have found this exercise to feel quite good and it appears to me that it is positively supporting circulation throughput the penis.

One parallel to contemporary methods is that Janus does not recommend ejaculation after a AM session. As a matter of fact, I believe he would recommend holding off on ejaculation as much as possible while going through a AM cycle.

Personally, I ejaculate at least once a day with my wife, lol, I don’t have choice! Not a terrible issue to have though.

Second session was good. Was able to stay hard during PR much, much easier than the first one. Managed to do 30 minutes. I still had to restiumlate frequently, but it was an improvement.

DAY 2:
8 Sets BE at 30 seconds/Set
3 Sets PR

Third session was terrible. I had drank the night before, ate like shit, had just woke up from a 3 hour nap, and was stressed BC I had to be at work and people were texting me. It made me question how y’all keep it up. I couldn’t keep it up for shit lol Did 25 minutes but had to constantly restiumlate and my thumbs got SO tired. It made me focus on that and lose my erection.

Morning Wood: Just ok. Nothing special.

Finished Day 5. I only did a half session. I’ve had some soreness which I know could be a good thing, but I figured it couldn’t hurt to give him a slight rest. Still can’t stay hard for an entire 5 min PR set. My hands still get really tired and that messes me up, too. No warmth, larger flaccid hang, heartbeat, increased EQ yet. The veins are becoming even MORE pronounced, though. Veins I’ve hardly seen are popping out. One of them on the side that wraps under.. It’s like a rope that wraps around and I can follow it all the way up to my glans. I’ve hardly ever seen this vein before. That means that whatever I’m doing is effecting the whole area. Trying to get the diet on point. I’m optimistic.
