I’ve done PE very intermittently for the past decade. Saw some solid gains when I was doing a combination of stretching, jelqing, and using the Phallosan Forte. I quit for a few years because I was in a fulfilling relationship and busy. After that fell apart, I decided to get back into it. I was seeing great EQ gains from a combination of stretching, jelqing, and bathmate. Then they reversed and my EQ plummeted. I think I have some form of PIED, stress, diet, and pelvic floor imbalance also being big factors. The past 3 months I’ve been slowly progressing on stretching, jelqing, and bathmate. Little to no results this time.
I’m not desperate, but I would love to maximize my EQ. Found this thread by accident through the gym. Very glad I did. I’ve always been scared of injury with other forms of PE, and even had a urethral tear (I think). I’m going all AM for at least 90 days to see what happens.
I could not keep an erection for the life of me during my first AM session yesterday. But I still managed to complete around 10 minutes. It made me super horny and I came afterwards. One of the most intense orgasms I’ve had in a while. I’m shitting you not, after one crappy session.. My guy was more veiny than I’ve ever seen it and a better color. Woke up this morning with an ok morning wood (I get those now and then), but when I whipped it out to go pee.. While it wasn’t as veiny as last night, it was still much veinier than normal. Now 9 hours later, there are still some new veins visible. I have a good feeling this is at least going to cure my ED.

Session 2 is tonight, and I will try to do a better job of keeping track of what exactly I did. I think I’m just going to start the stopwatch and see how far I get.
