The Experiment
I’m relatively new to this forum and PE in general. I had previously (about a year ago) started with PE and had a thread, but it somehow vanished (?). So I’m making a new one. More than doing this for the enlargement of Mr. P, I want to see if this actually works, hence the name of the thread "The Experiment". I tried to do it previously, but fell out of the routine. For me to be able to actually see results or discard this whole PE thing as a some kind of mad joke (the earth is not flat, right?) I will need to be consistent.
I started again with jelqing this Monday (week 1, 22nd June /2020) with the regular newbie routine. Right now I’m doing 5 min warmup, 5 min stretching, 10 min jelqing and 5 min warm-down. I guess in the week 3 I will do 15 min of jelqing and on week 4 20 min of jelqing if everything goes well. I’m using regular coconut oil (not virgin). The newbie routine is, from what I’ve read, two days on and one day off. But because of my current housing situation, I’m not able to do it this way because I’m can’t do it in the weekends. Therefore the sessions will be on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Wednesday is day off.
After each jelq session I’m also doing kegel exercises for 3 minutes - 10 seconds on and 3 seconds off.
In order to not hurt my self, I guess I should do this routine for about 90 days. After that I will need to see how I can change my routine in order to be more effective.
If any of you experienced folks here have some tips and whatnot, I would gladly appreciate them.
