How early did y’all go through the newbie routines before switching to ADS?
I’m seeing slight gains(I’m telling myself anyway.. Body dysmorphia can be a bitch) but I feel like something like ADS or extender would help in securing the gains.
I want to make sure I’m giving the process enough enough time and not rush into the more complex routines.
Till next time.
We are all different, so you won’t get consensus.
I’d argue some will tell you not to do any of what I did, and TG still tells me not to so some of what I’m doing. To each, their own.
I believe in looking at everyone’s routines, current and past, and understanding what works for the broad majority.
For me, I’ve narrowed that down to (1) extenders, (2) hanging and (3) clamping.
I don’t have space to hang, yet, so I’m focused on extenders (length) and clamping (girth) and went “all-in” on day one when I got my extender.
When I have space in our house in the Fall, I’ll dive into hanging as I did extending and clamping and estimate my daily routine will be:
AM - hang for one hour with clamping
Work - wear penismaster vacumn with belt system to stretch
PM before kids to bed - switch from belt to extender
PM after kids to bed - hang for one hour with clamping and then back into extender until bed
Bed - wear 2x girth bands from LG hangar
I wouldn’t dive into that routine as a newbie, but within a week or two of starting, I was wearing the extender up to 14 hours per day.
Read as much as you can from the big gainers, Thoughtful Gold, Titleist, Big Girtha, etc and definitely flip through Bearded Dragon’s summary thread of big gainers. Great takeaways there.
What I picked up was the more is more approach. Most of the big gainers seemed to put in hard efforts for long hours consistently.
They had a consistent daily routine that the average person doing this would find “intense”, but they gained… I have chosen to model after that strategy. For a beginner, pick your end goal and work up to it over a period of time.
For example, this week I’m easing into the vacumn extender and won’t wear it at work until I’m acclimated, which likely means starting next week.
