Greetings all, newbie here!

After browsing the forum for several years and never truly committing to PE full time its time for a change.

From now on I will update my progress weekly to keep myself accountable and consistent. Reasons for wanting to pursue this are quite simple, who doesn’t want to be bigger! I’ve struggled with size anxiety for the majority of my early life, mostly due to an overuse of porn from a early age. I’m pretty sure I started viewing porn at around 12 years of age, so throughout my teenage years I slowly became more and more dissatisfied by my current size. If I can remember correctly, I first discovered stretching and jelqing at around 14 and desperately tried to increase my size to no avail. Following that I would go through times of being content and incredibly insecure about it which I still struggle with today.

We all want bigger dicks, that’s why we’re here. Nobody wants to fuck a chick and feel small, and not every girl is going to feel incredibly tight, but my ultimate goal is to increase my size so I can feel more comfortable with a broader group of women. But that starts first with my mindset and combating the anxiety I have entertained for far too long. It starts now.

Will do the newbie routine 2 on 1 off, track my EQ daily, and measure monthly

First week was a success. Feeling good about progress so far as my erections already feel a bit stronger, and member is hanging a bit fuller. Planning on quitting smoking this week since I feel it is killing my EQ. Cutting down on porn use will follow shorty after.

Current method is as follows (done in the shower):

Manual stretch 1 min, 3 sets. Left, right, and down
10 min wet jelq
150 kegels

Past month has shown no signs of growth and EQ fluctuates depending on the day. Don’t think it has anything to do with the routine as my member doesn’t physically feel stressed, so I am under the impression my smoking habit is to blame. Quitting has been quite the struggle but improving my EQ is enough of a motivation to continue fighting. Porn will absolute follow afterward as that is definitely contributing as well.

Was curious about pumping so I ordered a bathmate I plan to incorporate into my routine in the coming weeks, slowly but surely.

Staying positive, as of now the routine will stay the same.
