Well lads it’s been 1 month on Thunders and a little over a month on the Newbie Routine. Pretty happy with how things are progressing but first up I have to say I think PE is working for me.

Super sceptical by nature and especially sceptical about any info gleaned on the internets.

But I started this experiment because it appeared fairly safe provided you don’t mash your dick and I had wanted to be at least an average size and at best above average.

But let me just say measuring sucks. I try and measure once a week but can never seem to get super hard during these times. Then I have these morning or just random super boners when I don’t always have access to the ruler. For example I’m consistently 14.5 cm in length at the moment. But on 2 occasions last week I had 15cm. So whatever I’ll just keep rolling with it, still only the first month so I’ll just relax.

Mrs Sbinsk has commented on the hardness a few times and last week we set a new record of 4 times in one week, which considering our busy lifestyle is a dream sex life for me.

So gains of 0.262 inches in one month. Not bad at all. Onward and upward for the next month.

Shout outs to Marinera, Equine Rooster, RB and others for the knowledge.

As a stealther I’ve had to come up with 2 alternative versions of the Newbie Routine for times when I can only get a short work out in or times when my absence from the scene would cause suspicion. I have also added some other stretches to the Newbie Routine.

The short session:
5min warm up
8 way stretch.. As in 8 points on the compass.
50 wet jelqs
5 min warm down

The stretch session:
5min warm up
8 way stretch for 30 sec each
2 Marinera fulcrum stretches
1 stretch using the wrist as a fulcrum
2 straight out
5min warm down

I have also incorporated a jelq in the main Newbie routine that I refer to as the RB sandwich jelq. I do about 50 of those.

Gained another 1/2 cm this month. Been measuring 15cm/ 5.9 inches consistently. Very happy with my progress.

Have modified my routine again after reading up on the infamous ‘turkey neck’.

I’ve always had a bit of it I think due to being circumcised but I could feel it creeping up a bit after the first month. So I have been pulling down on the ball sack during my stretching routine and stretching the shaft skin as well. And have adapted my jelq method too, mainly one handed over hand grip while using my other hand to pull the scrotum skin away from the jelq. Seems to be working so far. Still loving the Marinera fulcrum stretch!

All in all I feel very happy with the results 2 months in, and my dick looks bigger which is great for my ego. So stoked, wish I had done PE in my twenties!

Anyways thanks again to the Thunders scientists for years of experimentation and knowledge.

Well this month I’d say the gains were just starting to slow down after the newbie gains of the last 3 months. I have been measuring between 15cm and 15.5. So I reckon it would be a 2mm gain.

And that completes the 3 months of the Newbie Routine, now I’m going to vary things up slightly. I’ll stick to manual exercises only and continue with my turkey neck prevention method. Once again a shout out to all the dick scientists and experimenters that have made their knowledge available to us newbies.

Nothing to report this month, been on holidays so an enforced break on the old jelq and stretch.

Had a few jelq skirmishes but I guess you could call this a short decondition period.

Back on track now determined to continue on the quest.

Won’t be posting any measurements this month.

Well finally made it to 15.5cm.

Currently on a warmup, stretch, 100 jelq, stretch, another 100 jelq, warm down .routine. Usually 2-3 days then rest.
Quite often I’m doing a quick stretch ,100 jelq stealth session due to “unforeseen circumstances”. .But hey.. It’s slowly working.

No further gains this month to report. Had to settle for stealth sessions more than I’d like.. But hey. Still have not lost any gains so that’s a good thing.

Looks like you’ve been going at it pretty steady for the last 5 to 6 months and the Newbie gains have started to slow. That’s OK, in fact it’s pretty typical.

My advice at this point is to take a decon break of anywhere between 2 to 4 weeks to give yourself a good rest. Then start back slowly with your stretching and jelqing routine and work your way back over a couple of weeks to where you were with your last routine.

I’m convinced more than ever from members here like Thoughtful Gold, Xeno, and others that decon breaks are essential to long term growth. They’ve worked very well for me.

Try it. I think you’ll like the results.

Good advice and I think after this week I will take a few weeks off. A decon break could be beneficial as you say.

I’m for sure nearing the end of the Newbie Gains however I may have added one last bit of Newbie length. I’ve measured 16cm on 2 occasions in the last 2 weeks. If it’s still there in another weeks time I’ll officially report it.

Well back on a consistent routine now after a month of only 2 times per week.

Still doing a modified version of the Newbie routine plus with some “piss pull” method that I stole off Equine Rooster.

Hitting 16cm pretty regularly now.

I can’t believe the slow down in my game didn’t hamper the gains or at least I didn’t lose any length.

Yeah the growth is good but I want to maintain a healthy dick, that’s my priority above all else. Also want to minimize turkey neck, so I have adjusted my technique accordingly.

Only been doing PE for 1 year so it’s early days, hopefully many years of consistent exercise ahead of me yet.
