Hi mate,
I don’t have specific routine never really have.I just do whatever I can fit in on the day. The last 18 months I have been just pumping and clamping for 15-20 mins at a time.Some weeks I will do 5 sessions. Other weeks only 2 sessions. I have gained 0.75” girth and 0.75” length since I started back in 2012.
