Warm up with wash cloth in hot water (shower)
2 x 20 second stretch in every direction (down, up, left, right)
100 1 - 2 second jelqs (70% EQ)
20 5 second jelqs (100% EQ)
80 1 - 2 second jelqs with every 10th pulled into a squat stretch straight down (70% EQ)
Warm down with wash cloth in hot water again.
