TheAce70's Routine
I stretch behind each cheek 30 secs, to each side 30 seconds, up to belly 30 seconds. 3 sets of each. Usually 2 in the morning and one later in the day unless I know I am having sex that night. Then I skip set 3 so as to not put too much workload on my member. I try to jelq around 25 times as often as I get a chance or until I feel I have pushed it far enough.
