100 kegels-1 sec. holds
20 kegels-5 sec. holds
1 kegel 30sec. hold
10 mins. clamping, 2 sets with 5 minute brak and edging in between

PM ROUTINE
10 mins manual stretching
20 mins jelqing
5 mins. fowfer
20 kegels-5 sec. holds
10 mins clamping with clamped squeezes, horses-2 sets with 10 minutes rest in between.
