newbie routine modified:
01. IR lamp ~10 minutes [rise sock during summer, IR only after hard workout]
02. stretching in all directions, more on right because of the curve ~10 minutes
03. jelqing ~10 minutes [dry jelq, somethimes with rise sock]
04. pumping 5min [1 day on, 1 off][jelqing after]
05. IR lamp ~10 minutes [rise sock during summer, IR only after hard workout]
06. 50 kegels ~10-15 minutes
07. edging
+fowfers rarely
