stretch>jelq>clamp in cycles for 1-3 hours. Take breaks depending on soreness of body. Try to drink a lot of water. Don’t warm up (out of convenience). Edge after sessions. Mentored by memento.
Starting up after almost 4 year break. Back for big gains. Lost less than a quarter inch in length, and a quarter inch in girth. After I gain this back I will be doing anything to reach my 10” NBPEL goal. Girth will be a side-effect, the less the better. It will probably approach 7” MSEG regardless of my intention. Due to jelqing and future pumping for length.
