Thick Fell Off The Wagon
As the title says I fell off the wagon a few months back and need to vent here and lay out a plan for a great return. About 5 months ago I decided to take a decon break, what I failed to account for was how much a creature of habit I am. I am a disciplined person and enforce my discipline through routine when I decided to drop PE for a few months my routine got out of wack and my diet and exercise soon followed. This is particularly shameful for me because the advice I always share is to make sure you get your diet and exercise right as its a huge part of PE. I have gained about 20 lbs and probably lost some muscle as well. The good news is the decon break worked and I only “lost” about .2 of an inch in length. The plan for my return is as follows:
Wake up 4:30 am daily
In the home gym by 4:45 my workouts take an hour to an hour and a half
6:00 am Shower and light stretches in shower
6:15 Newbie routine for about a month to work back into PE
6:45 in the pump at 2-3 hg for 2-3 sets daily until I’m ready for longer sets at higher pressure.
I work from home so the pumping will be done at my desk and if I need to go see a client I’ll break my sets up.
Lunch time I’ll go for a 3-4 mile run.
Goals: get back under 12% BF and wake up every day with rock hard erections. Shake the depression that has come from being a fat slob. Any size goals will be related to better flaccid hang as it has suffered some from gaining weight.
To those who I have advised to get your diet right, I am sorry I have failed you and myself. I will be better.
