Thickone2004's Routine
I’ve started hanging 20lbs. usually for 3-6 sets per day currently. This may change as time allows. I try to use an ADS, which I’ve fabricated out of my Captain’s Wench, a Velostrap & some .125 twine. while I sleep & some during the day. I usually wake up after a few hours & take it off.
Update: No further gains, while hanging 3-5 sets of 15-20min. @ 30lbs., so I bought a pump. I plan to start using this gauged pump(2.25”ID cylinder), after I hang weights. I plan to do atleast 6 sets of about 20-30 min. each, using some Theraband wrapped tightly around the top 2.5-3.0” or so, to avoid any fluid buildup. I’m taking atleast a 6 week deconditioning break as of 08/07/2006. I will try to give a more detailed update on my routine & any gains, later this year. Fingers crossed.
