3 x vac hanging 17-23 pounds 30 minutes, morning, noon, evening if possible (80% of the time, if not other distribution over the day, not quite always possible. little jelquing thereafter, then pe weights (a little over one pound) for 2 hours or so according to comfort, then only a hairtie for a little stretch until 30 minutes before the next session. hairtie at night, too.
(started pe with ads; about 3/8 of an inch length increase. then switched to hanging, initially bib and bib starter, now vac).
problem with frenulum - long break with a little pumping and clamping only.
restart vac hanging straight down mai 2007 3x11 pounds 30 minutes plus smaller weights in between at day and night. plus vac hanger with a elastic band to below knee at work.
Due to a frenulum tear longer break.
now healed completely, new routine: intralig cortisone (lipotalone inj. once a month and hanging at 12” several times a day + pe weights + ans. was not successful.
now (oct. 2007) hanging 11 pounds 30 minutes 1x/day, more often when enough time. hair tie + elastic cock ring all day all night. girth at base has increased from to 4.7 to 5.9 inch - very happy with that result.
august 2008: clamping for 6 months (little increase in mid girth); combined base clamping and vac-hanging for one month (no results jet - promising, i believe)..
