Tidio's Routine
From 02.2014 my routine looks like:
-warm up (~7mins) in hot shower
- 15mins of 70-80% erect dry jelqs
I try to keep jelqing as good as I can. That simple routine gives me gains.
I don’t use warm down as I’m warm enough from shower.
I do this for 4 weeks and then have rest for 1 week (so, one cycle is 5 weeks-long).
