Day 10 was a average kind of day and only nocked out 20 minutes of stretching. Today was a bit better & added the Jelqing back in. Definitely notice a more plump & larger flaccid when the jelqs are in the routine. Im looking forward to day 30-ish to have a measure.. even if I can gain 0.1” I will be ecstatic! As far as outside of PE, did a 11km walk today and went to the gym for 1.5-2hrs.
Most likely will have a rest day tomorrow & maybe another one after that depending on how I feel. Thinking 5 on 2 off.
