Time to track
Long time lurker, decided to dedicate myself to all-around personal growth. I have recently began tracking my daily activities, so it only makes sense to track here as well. I have inconsistently followed the Newbie routine for months, but no other PE experience otherwise. Now is the best time to be consistent with my habits, and I am going to make the most of it. My goal for PE is to have a healthy, high-performing unit. By following the model set by vets and other success stories, I am optimistic that gains will come.
As of this week, I have been doing the Newbie routine as follows:
Monday and Wednesday -
5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes stretching
200 3 second jelqs
50 kegels
5 minutes hot wrap
Missed Tuesday, but plan to follow 2 on 1 off for 6 weeks then measure. I have been looking into pumping as the next activity mainly because it interests me the most, and also because I am hesitant on hanging. But we’ll cross that bridge when the time comes. My starting stats are BPEL: 6.0” MEG: 5.25” Base EG: 5.5.”
