TimeIt's Routine
10 min rice sock warm up till skin is emanating heat
5-7 min. warm up stretching: 20s hellicopter swings + 30s stretch to (left-right-out-up) + 5 slow stretch circles each direction.
12-14 hard stretching + squeezes: alternating 1 min of straight out stretch + 45 sec. of Uli/squeeze + 10-15 sec. shaking loose. Each round is about 2 min long, I repeat for total of 12-14 min.
5 min. SLOW jelqing (5 sec. per stroke)
