Timeoutfortony's Routine

My current routine is to warm up with a wheat sack for 5 minutes and then do some manual stretches and then warm for a couple of minutes more.

I then hang for 20 mins @ 2.75lbs. I have just started adding 5 minutes at 5.5lbs to the end of the routine after a 5 minute break to warm up again and get the circulation going again.

At the end I do some firegoat rolls and gentle squeezes.

An hour or so later I do some manual stretches in the shower followed by 4 x 30 horse squeezes followed by 2 x 30 sec horse444 squeezes at fairly light intensity.

I hang 4 to 5 days per week depending on privacy and do the shower routine most days.

I don’t jelq as I have a foreskin that makes it difficult and I don’t want the skin any longer!
