Tips For New Guy.
Just started PE, have gained hope for myself from reading many progress reports. I started the Newbie Routine, and had some questions.
For the manual stretching how hard do I pull? At the same time I feel like I’m pulling to hard and soft. Also how hard to squeeze on the jelq’s? I’m starting at 4.9 EL and EG 4.9. Goal is 6.7 EL and 5.3 EG
Also, I’m starting PE at 20 years old, would this be a slight advantage?
