Tired after PE?
Hi All.
I played around with PE on again/off again during the last decade, and have seen some decent gains, but about a month ago I got serious and decided it was time to make the commitment that I needed for real growth. After all, I’ve worked out at the gym 6 days a week for the last 18 years, so I know that I should be able to do this.
I have a question for everyone who’s been doing this for a while.
I had a great workout today, jelqing and Bathmate. Really full and great pump. About two to three hours later I felt really tired. The kind of tired you feel after, say, a killer leg workout. Just yawning a lot and just weak and tired and just want to take a nap. I’ve never experienced it before and I had a good night’s sleep and I’m not stressed, so I figured it has to be related to the PE somehow.
I also feel like after great session I get really hungry too. I know we’re not working out a true muscle in the way we work out, say, arms (though I’ve read about the smooth muscle workouts on here) but man I get hungry. Yeah, there’s damage and the body craves protein and calories to repair, but I couldn’t imagine that the caloric and rest requirements rivaled what I used to feel when I ran 20 miles or biked 100.
Has anyone else here ever experienced that? Just curious.
