Currently in 2nd week doing 5 min warm up, 10 min wet jelqing , 10 min stretching followed by 5 min warm down. 3 days on 1 off.
3rd week doing 5min warm up, 20 min stretching, 15 min wet jelqing, 5 min warm down. 3 days on 1 off.
