Well, I’ll start saying sorry for my bad English, it is not my born language but here I go.

I’m here to use it more like a diary or so to keep me motivated continuing my PE activities and receive suggestions from anyone. The main reason I started doing that is after I knew my girlfriend ex was bigger then me, she never told how big he was but that really fucked my mind, even when she says my size is perfect (BPEL 6”) and that the sex doesn’t hurt as It was with her ex. I don’t know if she told me that to comfort me or she really thinks its a “perfect” size I want to get my unit bigger.

So, I’ll start with the newbie routine and my main problem is that I live with my parents and that means, lost of privacy, it’s going to be a real problem to explain things but I have to try it in stealth mode. Anyway, that means I won’t be able to use things like pump or hangers, if I am right, so I’ll stay with the newbie routine for now and maybe in the future ask some advices from who have the same privacy issue ( suggestions are welcome ).

My initial routine is going to be (Open to suggestions):

2 ON/ 1 OFF
5 - 10 minutes Warm Up hot water in the shower.
5 - 6 minutes Stretches ( 30s each Straight Forward, right, left, up and down).
10 - 15 minutes Jelq ( I’ll try to keep 3 sec per stroke).
5 minutes Warm down.

Maybe I’ll do some Kegels during the day, don’t know if it’s better during the routine or I can do it anytime.

Anyway, my Initial Stats.
BPEL: 5.9” (~15 cm).
NBPEL: 5.5 (~14 cm).
BPFSL: 6.5” (~16.5 cm).
NBPFSL: 6” (~15.2 cm).

I’ll try to keep a weekly journal here about my routine and measures only in 3 months.

You might want to start out with 5 minutes of jelqing and work up to 20–30. And I would say measure every month. For instance, I hadn’t grown any after a month, and I realized I had to adjust my technique. It would have been pretty annoying if I had wasted two more months before I found that out.


Why the Smithsonian? Because you could walk around it for a week and not see the whole thing.

I’ll adjust to 5 minutes jelqing, my problem is that I can’t keep my erection 50-70% I always get a 80-90% and have to wait a few time to get it down and then start again.
And about measure schedule, I think its better the way you said, I’ll measure in the first month to see if I’m have any gains.

What you guys think of changing to Marinera’s stretching technique? Instead of 5 - 6 minutes Stretching (30 sec. Each ) I do something like 15 minutes of stretching for 1.5 - 2 minutes each direction with less force?

Managing your erection level is part of learning the technique. You’ll get better at it. If you have to stop for a couple of minutes to let your erection go down, pause your timer. Or track how many jelqs you do instead of how long you do them for. I’d rather time than count, but lots of guys prefer to count.

Long stretching is something you want to build up to as well. I currently do two sets of stretches: down, up, left, right, out, around; 1.5 minutes each; then switch hands. I built up to that from 30 seconds each.

Weekly Report.

First of all, I’m have trouble with my schedule, since my girlfriend stays the role weekend in my house, I can’t do my PE routine during that time, so, I’m think to change it to a 5 ON / 2 OFF (Saturday and Sunday) but I don’t know if I can handle that without trouble or EQ loss.

So, from last Monday till today, I did 4 days ON and 3 OFF.
Monday ON
Tuesday ON
Wednesday OFF
Thursday ON
Friday ON
Saturday OFF
Sunday OFF

I also changed my routine a little bit, from 5 minutes stretching to a 10 - 15 minutes stretching ( 2 sets of 1 - 1.5 minutes each direction ) and from 10 to 5 minutes jelqing just to make the blood flow again, since I’m not looking for Girth Gains right now. I’m also feeling that I have to add a few minutes o Kegels, I don’t know how to explain but its like I have to make my PC muscle stronger.

Weekly Report #2

My routine and my schedule has been the same during the past week, 2 ON / 1 OFF and then 2 ON / 2 OFF from Monday to Sunday.

Since I’m PE’ing for 2 weeks now, I felt a strong need to measure and I did, not a precision one but I did, and man, it felt very good when it ALMOST touched the 6.5 in (16,5 cm) BPEL, I think it is at 16.2 cm (6 3/8 in) or something like that, I just saw it passing the 16 cm (6.3 in) line and almost getting to the 16.5 cm (6 1/2 in). Anyway, I’ll keep with that routine since I’m feeling very good with it and take a real and definitive measure in the first month.

I also decided to measure my girth though, I got something like 12 cm (4.72 in) BEG or BSEG (I don’t know which one is the right) just to know my starting girth and see how it changes even though it is not my goal right now.

Third week completed doing my PE routine, my schedule was 3 ON / 4 OFF due to a weekend trip. My routine still the same, I think I’ll keep with it until there is no more gains.

When I post the #4 weekly report, I’ll come with measurements as it completes the first month, and I’ll probably measure on Monday due to the 2 rest days of the weekend.

Yesterday before my workout I decided to measure my dick, after 3 days OFF of PE here are my measurements.

After three weeks of PE:
BPEL: 16.2 cm ( 6.37” or 6 3/8) NBPEL: 6” (~15 cm) BPFSL: 6.5” (~16.5 cm) BEG: 12 cm (4.7”)

I have no idea why my BPFSL haven’t changed, my routine stays pretty much the same.

5 minutes warm up
2 sets of 1:30 minute Stretching each direction.
10 minutes Wet Jelqing.
After Jelqing I do some Kegels and Edging.
Hot shower Warm down.

I will keep with that until I can’t see no more gains.

Since I live in Brazil and it takes like 60 - 90 days to an international ship arrive here, I’m deciding to buy a pump and/or cable clamp to start pumping when it arrives, any advice on which one I can buy or where I can buy? Is aliexpress pumps a good alternative (cheaper for me)?

I saw a LeLuv kit on amazon with tube + gauge + silicon sleeve for almost $80 + $35 shipment = $115 which is something like R$400,00 “reais”.

This week I got sick and I did my workout anyway but I don’t felt like a good week, I came here just to keep my report.
