Hang 3 sets x 20 min.
light jelq 10 min
leave wrap for uli effect between sets
experiment with tension wrap to 5”+ flacid
1-2 hours
experiment with fowfers after hang .5 to 1hr.
adding some girth work using cable clamps at base to create 100%+ engorgement. Mild squeezes and bends
