Hello Everybody!

I’ve recently REstarted PE after 5 years away from the game. I want to use this forum to track my progress throughout this journey to getting bigger.

Starting Stats (04.21.16):
BPEL: 6”
EG: 5.5”
FLACCID LENGTH: 4.2”
FLACCID GIRTH MS: 4.8”

1st Measure (06.02.16):
BPEL: 6.3”
EG: 5.5”
FLACCID LENGTH: 4.3”
FLACCID GIRTH MS: 4.8”

Current Routine:
5-minute warmup with rice sock
1x 30-second stretch in each direction (up, down, forward, left, right)
100 wet jelqs
10 minutes pumping at 5 hg - The stretching, jelqs and pumping is 2 days on, 1 off.
Cock Ring worn loosely around the base after routine is complete. I do my routine at night so I leave the ring on until I wake up in the morning
Penis Extender worn at work for 5-7 hours a day Mon-Fri

Goals:
BPEL: 8.00” I would be happy with 8 but will gain as much as I possibly can until the lady says to stop
EG: 6.5” Again, I would be happy to add an inch but 5.5 is already making her jaw very sore

I will update on a month to month basis and show any revised routines. I plan on adding 10 wet jelqs each week as well as an extra set of stretches and 5 minutes of pumping every 2 weeks. I also have ordered a bib hanger and plan on adding in hanging when I see the gains start to plateau. Please feel free to critique my routine as much as you would like. I wake up every night at about 2-3 AM and have to go to the bathroom and I take it off then. You think I should only wear it maybe during the day when I am at the house? I have read many of your posts/threads and look up to you very much so.

Anything PE related requires close attention to your penis (when I say attention, most of it means with your eyes open).

With your cock ring strapped on unattended penis, things could turn very badly in short period of time (30 minutes or less).

Okay thank you sir. I will avoid doing this moving forward.

Been consistently doing 2 on 1 off of:

5 min heat
30 sec stretches: up, down, left, right and straight - 2 sets
110 wet jelqs

Followed by:

20 minutes of pump cycling on weekdays:
20 sec high pressure, 20 sec low pressure for 17-20 minutes

I am thinking about throwing in stretches every day of the week instead of just doing them on my jelq days.

What do you guys think? Will doing some variations of stretches for say, 10 minutes every day hinder my gains?
