Been A While
Ok so I haven’t posted on this thread for a while. It was to track my progress through my course of PE. And I haven’t posted since the first day. That does not mean I haven’t been doing PE. I’m just not in the routine of making posts about it out of laziness and the fact that I am doing the same thing everyday so it doesn’t really change. But I will try to do daily posts to this thread now for my sake. I have not been keeping up with my PE as much as I’d like to. I am on the 2 days on 1 off routine but I am doing more like 2-3 sessions a week. Everyone now and then I’m more consistent. Still working on getting fully into the routine. Today is actually and off day but I felt like making the post since I’ve been having some difficulties.
One is I still have no idea what is the proper erection size is. I am not good at gauging if I am at the proper level. It seems too little most of the time. And I have a difficult time getting it erect unless I watch porn. Which I really am trying to avoid. For a bit I thought I might’ve had a problem lol but it seems to work fine if I’m having sex or just with a girl so I don’t know maybe my penis is shy when it comes to PE.
Another problem is I’m still not sure how tightly I should be gripping it. What I’m doing now is having a 50%-60% erection so it kinda still feels soft unless I grip it very tightly. I also hold the base in an ok grip while my other hand jelqs and keep alternating as one hand moves down the shaft. So basically there’s always a hand holding the base of the shaft and what that does is makes the penis much harder and I feel the jelq a lot more. I don’t know if this is okay or not and if I might be sustaining any injury. After yesterday’s session my penis hurt a little bit and was kinda tingly if I got an erection. I don’t know if that’s a bad sign. Again this goes back to the problem of grip strength and erection level. If I don’t hold the base to trap the blood it feels like I’m jelqing too soft. And as I mentioned in my first post, the jelq video isn’t much help with that. The guy looks like he is hard as a rock and clutching his penis like a vice which can’t be what you’re suppose to do as a beginner. Unless I’m wrong.
Also could it be possible that the newbie routine is too much for me? I have been jelqing fairly consistently for almost a month now and I don’t feel any progress really. Nor have I had any positive indicators. In fact my penis doesn’t seem to get that post jelq hang like it should. It actually seems to get smaller. I don’t get raging hard boners in the morning like people report. I’ve been following the routine perfectly. I warm up for 5-8 minutes. Stretch for 6 minutes pretty hard (Could this be the problem). Jelq for about 10 - 12minutes (I do much less than the 200 strokes it asks for). Then I do 25-30 kegels while edging (I do this because it is easier to do a kegels while there is a lot of blood in the penis) and then warm down with a heating pad followed by a warm shower. If anyone thinks I’m doing something wrong please let me know so I can correct it. But could I be over training my unit. Or understanding it? Sheesh I have no clue lol. I keep thinking it has something to do with erection level and grip strength and how I should be gripping it.
One point is that when I was jelqing a few months back in July I would do it at a much harder erection. Maybe 70-80 and I used to get that flaccid hang but it seemed to come from there being a lot more blood in my penis even when not hard. I would even wake up with crazy hard erection. I stopped doing it at that erection level because from what I read it seems that a lower erection level is better and less likely to cause injury. But now I don’t have any positive indicators from my penis. I’m kinda scared it might be getting smaller.
If you read this entire essay, thank you. Any tips would be more than welcome.
