I guess I’m somewhat of a lurker, but anyways, Here’s how my first three weeks have been.
I can definitely see a small girth increase, and maybe a very small length increase from what I have been doing. I also see a decent flaccid length increase.
Stretching:
My routine is relatively simple. I take a shower every night and use the hot water to heat my penis for roughly 3-5 minutes. After that, I stretch with a firm grip right under the glans of my penis, and pull with a strong force (not too strong) in every direction for about 5 minutes. Up, down, left, right.
Jelqing:
Right after stretching, I simply start at the base of my penis with the O.K. Grip and firmly milk my way up towards the glans for 2 seconds, for about 5-10 minutes. (Generous amounts of vaseline is used during jelqing).
Rest:
I have been doing this for 3 days straight then taking 2 days off. I feel that’s good enough to see minor improvements.
Conclusion:
I’m definitely happy with this so far. I don’t know if this is a very solid routine, but I see a temporary size increase every time I do this, and the girth and flaccid length have stuck around the last two weeks. I see a few red specks under the skin sometimes but they always go away within 24 hours. Another observation is my veins are much more prominent than before with an erection, and I think I see new ones forming but I could be mistaken. I feel like this is a very solid routine because of the minor gains I’ve been seeing. Any advice is appreciated.
Goals:
My current Bone Pressed Erect Length is 5.5 inches.
My current Erect Length is 5 inches.
My current Mid-Shaft Erect Girth is 5 inches.
My current Mid-Shaft Flaccid Girth is 4 inches.
(Apologies if I got the vocabulary wrong)
My goal for Bone Pressed Erect Length is 7.5 inches.
My goal for Erect Length is 7 inches.
My goal for Mid-Shaft Erect Girth is 6 inches
My goal for Mid Shaft Flaccid Girth is 5 inches.
Just keep at it.
