Newbie here, sorry.
Hey, I’m new here and am still learning; I do hanging for approximately an hour a day, usually about 3x20 min. With 5-10 min. Breaks between; granted I have not been at it for very long, but I have not seen any gains yet. Hanging approx. 2.5 lb. Right now. How long did it take anyone here before they started to see length gains of any kind, at first? I’m not seeing any. I’m just over 6 in. On BPEL. Any help appreciated, thanks.
