Tudaman's Routine

My P.E. is based on 16 hours a day (not very private time either) I have wife/kids open door policy with friends

4am: Main Session before morning cardio(which frees the day up because the bulk session is done 1st thing in the morning when everyone is sleep)

1- 6min Hot Wrap + Kegels
2- 20min Manual Stretching
3- 30min Jelging
4- 8min Kegels + Massage
5- 6min Hot Wrap + Kegels

1pm: Last Session right before my weight training session ( I use to do it in the evening but I only have time free during the day with only some of my children so I squueze everything in before 3pm because after that it’s full time father time until bedtime)
1- 5-10min Shower
2- 15-20min Manual Stretching
3- 10-20min Bathmate PUMPING
4- Finish Shower with massage and few jelqs
