If you have a turkey neck (Penoscrotal Webbing) caused by jelqing. I want to share a way that I found to fix it.

To fix it you need to first completely stop streching the foreskin of the penis towards the glans, I discovered that every time
You strech the foreskin up (pulling it up towards the glans, by masturbation or strech exercises) makes the turkey neck worse.
So if you completely stop streching the foreskin of the penis towards the glans, wthin a few months (about 2 months in my case)
The tukey neck will start to naturally fix itself returning the skin of the scrotum back to its original position before it was

To speed up the process you can do also use a testicle hanging technique using your hands (do it carrefully otherwise you may cause injuries,
I recommend you to make a research on the internet on how to do manual testicle hanging safely, you can find instructions on how
To do it in the book “qigong meditation small circulation” there is a chapter on how to do testicle hanging using your hands). I
Will make a brief description of the technique: grab the base of the penis with one hand and lift the penis up, wrap your testicles
Around with the other hand and gentilly pull the skin of the scrotum down (with the hand that is warped around the testicles). This
Will strech the scrotum skin down fixing the turkey neck. Do not pull the other hand up (the hand grabing the base of the penis)
Otherwise it will strech the scrotum skin up making the turkey neck worse.

Another technique you can use to speed up the turkey neck fix is the following: with one hand grab the shaft of the penis
And pull the foresking down, grab the glans with the other hand and strech the penis up while pulling the foreskin down with the
Other hand. This will strech foresking down making the scrotum skin go down and removing the turkey neck.

I found that one of the main things that causes a turkey neck (besides jelquing) is pulling the foresking up (towards the
Glans) while masturbating. So you will have to find a way to completely stop pulling the foreskin up while masturbating, in my
Case I am using a technique that I am pulling the foreskin down with one hand and the other hand is stimulating and pulling the
Glans up at the same time while masturbating this seems to stop and help fix the turkey neck.

So thats it, using the techniques above I completely fixed my turkey neck. Now my penis and scrotum have a much better appearance
And the penis looks a bit longer because the foreskin of the base was streched down and returned to its original position. I recommend you

Wow, thanks for sharing this. I will put these techniques into practice. I was deliberately doing the opposite thinking it would be good to stretch my skin and have more room for growth. However, I started developing a turkey neck and it sucks.

Glad I read this now as I have not traveled too far down the other path.
