Tydude's Routine
In AM - 10 min of stretching in shower, Then - 3 to 4, 60 min sets of hanging weights - 8, 10, 12.5, 15, 25lbs, 10 min dry jelq/rest in between sets. Use Vacu Hanger by Monkey bar…best invention of the century. Very little fluid build up Lots of heat wrap before during and after.
