Hey all! I’ve been around the forums for about 6 years now and have practiced PE on and off for some time now. Somehow I always lose interest and let my gains slowly slip away. I lost about 1/4 of my 1/2 of gains from my last round of PE and I am vowing to not let that happen again. I work too hard for each of those fractions of an inch to let them slip away. So, in addition to using Subliminal PE that I just recently read about, I wanted to start a progress report so I have a way to better track my progress and hold myself accountable.
My best gains came when using the linear routine, and modifying after three months to include short pumping sessions and squeezes. I am going to follow that same routing again this time around. I like the linear routine because it allows your newbie gains to happen gradually without added stress allowing you to use that greater stress later when you actual need it to get those harder gains (or so I would assume). I’m currently on my 6th workout on a 3 on / 1 off schedule. I plan to keep this schedule until I begin to fatigue and switch to a 2 on / 1 off schedule.
As the Linear routine suggests I started off with 20 Jelqs / day. I know this doesn’t sound like much, and its not, but I’ve already experience increased vascularity and my libido is definitely up. Every 3rd workout I increase 5 Jelqs. I Just finished my 6th workout so I am at 25 jelqs. While these workouts are short, I use the shower as my warm up/down. Its brilliant and allows for easy clean up.
Tomorrow is a rest day so I will resume Sunday with 30 Jelqs. After one month of Jelqs I will begin to add directional stretches to my routine. I am trying really hard to take my time and slowly condition my penis. I’m going to add more stretches as I see fit with no real timeline. I’m of the group that believes a light soreness in the ligs is a good thing (but should never be painful, if that makes sense). When my soreness begins to diminish I know that my ligs and penis are ready to be pushed a little more and I will add more stretches.
I have also become very intrigued in the world of cock rings and their potential to allow you to better heal in the elongated state. I hope to be able to update you all on that process and the best rings that work for me. I’m currently using a “Vibrating Johnny” from Condom Depot. I didn’t realize I was getting a few of these when I ordered my condoms the other day, but its not great and I hope to experiment with some home made devices as well. I’m still trying to figure out optimal times and location as well. Like I said, I’ll try to keep that experiment updated.
At 3 months I will begin to spice up my routine with my pump again. My tube is just a little too wide for my girth, so I would like to add at least .1 inches to that before I start pumping. It may have to wait until some of my squeezes take effect before it happens.
My starting stats are BPEL 5 5/8” MSEG 4.5 ” (the girth measurement may be a little off… I always have trouble measuring it for some reason…). My initial Goal is to get my BPEL to 6” and MSEG to 4.75”. I will then set additional goals. I assume that my length goal will come well before my girth.
I hope to update you all at least at the end of every workout cycle whether it be 3 days or 2, However I hope to be around more often that than. Thanks everyone for your support, looking forward to gaining again with all of you.
