Just a chill vent thread.. I don’t even know if this is the right place where this thread should be put but I’m a newbie so I can post only here or in the progresses section. I hope here’s good.

I just wanted to inform you all (not that you should care) that unfortunately I have to drop the training for the summer. The very problem is, since university lessons are over now, my sister is present at home almost all the time and so I haven’t time nor quiet places to workout. And this situation is quite bringing me down, so that I don’t want to train at all anymore. The point is that I think its useless to do the routine one or two (if I’m lucky enough) a week and since it’s strenuous and time-consuming, I just thought to take a break until September or so. I also thought that I could do some chill exercises to maintain the progress so far (for instance, I read of a guy on this forum which would stretch his penis two or three times every time he peed). If anyone has any of these exercises, I’d be grateful if he shared it here. Speaking of gains, they weren’t good so far, to be honest. I had no erect gains in these two months, but I think maybe I gained something in flaccid length (I’m not sure because I didn’t take the measurements for the flaccid when I started, but it seems bigger), so I’m a bit pissed about dropping and scared I would lose the progress.

So, here’s the thing. I hope you’re doing well and I’ll be eager to (re)start in September.

They’re called piss pulls; a few good tugs every time you take a leak. Hey in the shower you could take an extra minute or two to do some jelqs. When you get into bed a few minutes of a between the checks stretch works great. There’s a lot you can do if you think about it.

Those are all great points. Do a Fee AD or V stretches every time you go to the bathroom.

Between the legs are great for night time. You could also get a great wet JELQ and if you are showering daily there is some extra JELQ time daily.

You could also continue with Kegels whenever you get the opportunity.

Extenders can be worn beneath clothing as can an ADS device.

Finally perhaps using a cock ring or a wrap method to keep you sick plump throughout the day during the summer.
