UnleasheD's Routine
I manual stretch in the morning for about 30 minutes, then dry jelq for 200 to 300 reps, 50 at a time. Every so often I shake it up a bit and do alternating quick jelqs and then 2-3 second jelqs.. Then I cool down. I try to manual stretch about 3 times each evening for about 5 minutes each session just to keep from turtling. About every other day, I decrease my jelq reps and clamp for 10 minutes, 2 times. I will clamp for 10 mintues, then rest for 5 minutes, then re-clamp for 10 minutes then cool down.
Occasionally I stretch about 15 additional minutes in the shower in the morning prior to all other activities.
