Unluckiest newbie progress, no luck so far

Hello everyone

This is my first post, I’ve been reading for a while now and been practicing everything for 3 months, December being my 4th month of PE newbie routines. I have been measuring in a monthly basis, and discovered minimal to no gains at all for both, girth and length.

These are my measurements:

Length BPEL: 5.90 ”
Girth BPEG: 4.92 ”

My last measurement at the start of December were:

Length BPEL: 6 ”
Girth BPEG: 4.92 ”

I’ve reached the point where my routine is 10 mins of stretching, 30 mins of jelqs and 5 mins of squeezes , 2 days on and 1 day off, this is how I’ve been doing it through all of December, expect to see some gains at the end.

Before this, I tried 1 day on 1 day off, and also 2 days on and 1 day off while growing on the jelqing and stretching time without any luck, maybe I was just under training but I could feel on the tissue that I couldn’t handle any more strain because cramps would start happening constantly and then I had to stop.

Nevertheless, not all is been a waste of time, things I’ve noticed did improved:
- Erections got way harder because of the kegels
- Strength and overall hardness improved drastically, I’m guessing because of veins thickening
- I was kind of struggling with premature ejaculation, and it got fixed. With this alone I will continue to exercise even if no gains come my way

From this almost 4 months I’ve been exercising, my biggest learning is that you have to treat your penis as you would your muscles in the gym, but reaching the amount of stress required for growth may not be immediate as you may have a kind of a weak dick, therefore having to work until you can stress it enough to have growth.

I’m not sure how luck plays into this. If we are talking about luck, though, you were blessed with a penis that’s above average. The rest of it is work. It looks like you’re putting in work and that you’re seeing benefits: improved erections, strength, and hardness. It looks like you’re doing well. Maybe increase your stretching or bring a pump into the routine at some point.
