Vaiable's Routine
10 minute wrap (with kegels). Focusing on warming the penis, but also the tissue underneath (IE PC muscle and surrounding tissue)
5 minute manual stretch (ten 30 second stretches)
10 minutes of jelqing
5 minute wrap (with kegels and light massage)
How I do the kegels =
This is based on my breathing. When I exhale, I tighten my PC muscle and hold until the next inhale. During the next inhale I slowly release. This I do for 20 cycles.
Then I do the same again for 20 cycles, but I don’t release the PC muscle for 3 breath cycles. (intencefiing the contraction of the PC muscle every exhale.)
