Has anyone had their dick uplifted via surgery or Kegel ‘s, that has achieved a 12 o clock erection that will touch the belly when standing ? I did when I was young but had ligs stretched against my wishes.. I have had a lot of issues with it. Want to reverse the situation . Anyone had this done ?
