Vigoro's Routine
Try to work in tot. 1 hr hang time not including breaks then jelq for 420 reps, alternating 70 Power Jelq, 70 wet for 6 sets total. Then I ramp up EL and double clamp for 3 sets of 10 min each. I also traction some during the day, and wear a silicone sleeve a lot of the time to keep the shaft elongated.
