Vikhound's Routine
Im following the Newbie routine to start with. It seemed like a good routine to effectively condition my vascularity for more strenuous routines.
Warmup is usually done with a rice sock that I heat for about a minute
I do 5 minutes of stretching at 30 second intervals; down, left, right, down, up, down, inverted v for the rest of the time to get my tunica
I wet jelq for ten minutes with long and slow strokes to maximize the effect
A warm down using the heated rice sock again
Finish with a set of 50 kegels for 5 seconds a piece.
Ill apprise you guys about the effectiveness of the routine and if I change it up to something different.
