Viking85's Routine

Been PE in 2004, this was my routine:

- 8 min manual stretch
- 3 minutes V-Stretch
- 15 min dry Jelq

2on 1off

Now I start again, aiming for 7x6 :-)

My new routine looks like this:

1 set of 30 secs stretching in each direction
5 sets of 30 secs V-stretches
20 mins of wet jelqing

2on 1off
Other Things Used
Dry Jelq, V-stretch
Imported from old PE database


Now: BPEL 6", EG 5.5"

Goal: BPEL 7.5", EG 6"
